Q: How long does the review process take? How can I expedite the review?

A: The review process generally takes around 30 minutes. If there are many applicants, there may be delays. Please keep your phone available for contact by the review team. You can also log into the platform and check the review status under "My Loans."

Q: After the order is approved, when will the funds be disbursed?

A: After the order is approved, the funds are expected to be disbursed to your linked bank account within 5-10 minutes. You will be notified via SMS once the funds are transferred, so please keep an eye out for the notification.
